Mission

Kenah Consulting supports communities across Indian Country to increase capacity, economic opportunity, and sovereignty.  Our work aids tribal communities in enhancing and protecting land and natural resource rights and preserving valued cultural resources.  We take a holistic approach that combines a deep understanding of federal laws and regulations pertaining to Indian Country and expertise in history, politics, economics, and anthropology.  Our work is collaborative and our goal is to provide services that carry Tribes forward to provide support for each community in fulfilling their missions and achieving their unique goals.

Kenah Consulting works with Indian Tribes, tribal organizations, and museum and educational institutions with tribal collections or an interest in expanding their collaborations with tribal communities.  While we are based in Virginia, we work with federally and non-federally recognized tribes across the United States.
